Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nero Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Unopened Products

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned in a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened fragrance products unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

5ml Sample Purchases

5ml sample purchases are non-refundable once opened. We encourage customers to try our sample sizes before purchasing a full-size bottle.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
